Leshüki ("we", "us") is built for NPSC and Northeast India civil-services aspirants. We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple.
What We Collect
- Account details you provide, including your full name, username, phone number, email address, district, and state or region.
- Study preferences and preparation activity, including questions attempted, answers, scores, saved questions, mistakes, mock and PYQ activity, and Current Affairs interactions.
- Your agreement to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and important Leshüki messages.
- Information you include in support requests, such as your email address, subject, and message.
- Basic website usage information, including a random visitor ID, session ID, page, referrer, campaign details, device class, and privacy-filtered error diagnostics.
What We Do Not Collect
- Full payment-card credentials, such as your complete card number or security code. These details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Leshüki.
- Government identification or sensitive personal documents.
How We Use Your Data
- To personalise your practice and show your preparation history, mistakes, weak areas, and useful next actions.
- To provide Current Affairs, PYQ, mock-exam, progress, account, and support features.
- To keep Leshüki reliable and secure, understand how the service is used, and diagnose errors.
- We do not sell your data to anyone.
Data Storage
Your data is protected using access controls, including database row-level security, so learner accounts cannot access one another’s private information. Authorised service providers and Leshüki operations may process information only where needed to run, secure, and support the service.
Your Rights
You can update available profile details in your account or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes learner-owned account and preparation records. Some reports and usage records may remain without a link to your deleted account where they are needed for content quality, security, or service records.
